Privacy Policy
Last updated June 15, 2026 · applies to the Flowright private alpha
This policy explains what Flowright ("we", "us") collects and how we use it. Flowright is a tool for designing cloud architectures, generating Terraform, and simulating runtime behaviour. It is currently a private alpha; this policy will evolve before general availability.
What we collect
- Account information — the email address and display name you sign up with.
- Content you create — the architectures, diagrams, documents, and flows you build in the workspace.
- Usage data — basic, aggregated information about how the product is used, to find bugs and improve it.
We do not knowingly collect cloud-provider credentials. Secrets you reference are stored as named variables, not literal values.
How we use it
- To operate and secure your account and workspace.
- To improve the product and fix issues.
- To contact you about your access, important changes, or support.
Cookies
We use a single HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. It is not readable by JavaScript and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not embed third-party ad or analytics trackers on the application.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service (for example, hosting and database providers), and only as required to operate Flowright.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in plain text. As alpha software, the service is provided without warranty — see the Terms of Service.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing hello@flowright.cloud. Because this is an alpha, workspace data may occasionally be reset; we will give notice where practical.
