Terms of Service
Last updated June 15, 2026 · applies to the Flowright private alpha
These terms govern your use of Flowright ("the Service"). By requesting access to or using the Service, you agree to them. Flowright is a private alpha and these terms reflect that early stage.
Alpha status
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and there is no uptime guarantee. Do not rely on it as the sole store for anything you cannot afford to lose; export your Terraform and keep your own copies.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts.
- Don't upload secrets as literal values — use named variables, as the product encourages.
Your content
You own the architectures, code, and documents you create. You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the Service to you. We claim no ownership over your designs or the Terraform you export.
Our intellectual property
The Flowright platform, brand, and software are owned by Flowright. These terms grant you a right to use the Service, not to own it.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access — particularly during the alpha — if these terms are breached or to protect the Service.
Disclaimer & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Flowright is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use during the alpha. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product matures. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
